Welcome to Buyonex. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of buyonex.in (the “Platform”), operated by Buyonex India Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Buyonex

Buyonex is a B2B marketplace that connects business buyers with independent sellers offering industrial, safety, electrical, and business supply products. Buyonex acts as an intermediary platform; individual sellers are responsible for the products they list, and Buyonex does not manufacture or directly sell most products listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Buyonex, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

Buyonex reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate business information, including GSTIN where applicable
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers registered on Buyonex agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Ensure listed products are genuine, legally compliant, and not infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Fulfil orders within the stated timelines
  • Comply with applicable tax laws, including GST invoicing requirements
  • Maintain adequate stock levels for listed products

Buyonex reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers who violate these obligations, provide counterfeit goods, or receive repeated quality/service complaints.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners  Razorpay, Buyonex does not store your card details
  • In case of pricing errors due to technical glitches, Buyonex reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines mentioned on product pages are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, etc.)
  • Buyonex/sellers are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation

7. Cancellation, Return & Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation and Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, design, text, and graphics (excluding seller-provided product content), is the property of Buyonex and protected under applicable intellectual property laws
  • Sellers retain rights to their own product content but grant Buyonex a license to display it on the Platform for marketing and operational purposes
  • Users must not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from the Platform without permission

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • List or sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or pricing through fraudulent means
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the Platform
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse data from the Platform without authorization

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and Buyonex reserves the right to pursue legal action where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Buyonex acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by third-party sellers, except where Buyonex is the direct seller
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyonex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Buyonex harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Grievance Redressal

For any complaints or concerns, please contact our support team or Grievance Officer as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 business days and resolve them within 7 business days, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and IT laws.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
