If you believe that any content, product listing, image, or brand name on Buyonex infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please let us know so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
How to Report
If you are a rights holder (or an authorized representative) and believe your intellectual property is being infringed upon by a listing on Buyonex, please submit a report with the following details:
- Your Details
- Full name
- Company/Organization name (if applicable)
- Email address and phone number
- Proof of authorization (if reporting on behalf of a brand or rights holder)
- Details of the Infringement
- Type of infringement (Trademark / Copyright / Patent / Counterfeit product / Other)
- Product listing URL(s) on Buyonex
- Description of the original intellectual property being infringed (registration number, if available)
- Proof of ownership (trademark certificate, copyright registration, or other supporting documents)
- Statement of Good Faith
A declaration confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you have a good-faith belief that the listed content infringes your rights.

What Happens Next
- Our team reviews every report within 8 business days
- If the report is valid, we take swift action, which may include removing the listing, warning the seller, or suspending the seller’s account
- We may reach out to you or the seller for additional information during the review process
- Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent removal of the seller from the Buyonex platform
False Claims
Please note that submitting a false or bad-faith infringement report may result in legal consequences. We encourage all reports to be made honestly and with proper supporting evidence.
